Well! You're making this all sound very, very tempting, I must say! Especially the Tyrion bits (my own bias comes through).
I have no idea where I'll be able to watch any of this, though, so I guess I'll just stick to reading posts like this for now - vicarious squee as it were. ^_^
Lady's death is probably the second big thing I always wished I could step in and change in the first book. Poor Sansa. ;_;
